What data do we collect?

When you purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us improve user experience and the website.

Where is my data stored?

Your main data is stored on our dedicated secure server hosted by UKFast.Net Limited, Registered in England | Company Registration Number 03845616 | Registered Office: UKFast Campus, Birley Fields, Manchester, England, M15 5QJ. They secure your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

UKFast.Net Limited is the data controller for www.dukeclothing.com and UKFast is a government approved supplier through the G-Cloud 11 framework.

We use email-marketing platform “ Mailchimp” to send our newsletters. If you have opted-in to receive marketing emails, your email address, contact name, and business name is also stored on Mailchimp secure servers in the U.S.A managed by Rocket Science Group LLC. MailChimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S Privacy Shield Framework. Their Privacy Policy can be seen on mailchimp.com

We use FedEx, DPD, Parcel force and other ad hoc couriers to send your orders. When you place an order, we print shipping labels through their respective platforms, therefore, your delivery address related data is stored on their respective platforms. We store your Name, Business Name, Contact Number, Email Address and Delivery Address. Their privacy policy can be seen online on their websites.

Payment:

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
